Each person receives an individualised care plan and appropriate risk assessments, developed around their clinical needs, preferences, routines and desired outcomes. Where specialist healthcare tasks are delegated to support workers, staff receive comprehensive training alongside task-specific competency assessment and supervised practice before undertaking these independently.
