Join Our Team

At Sphere Specialist Healthcare, we know that great care starts with great people.

We’re looking for people who want more than simply a job in care — people who are compassionate, reliable, curious and genuinely interested in making a difference to the lives of the individuals they support.

Whether you already have experience in health and social care or are taking your first steps into the sector, we provide training, development and ongoing support to help you build your knowledge, skills and confidence.

Our roles can involve everything from supporting everyday independence and community activities to developing the skills required to work with individuals with complex and specialist healthcare needs.

We encourage our staff to ask questions, share ideas, continue learning and play an active part in shaping the support our clients receive.

If you are looking for a role where you can develop, be supported and make a genuine difference, we would love to hear from you.

Bring the right attitude. We’ll help you develop the skills.

We recognise:

At Sphere Specialist Healthcare, we believe our staff are central to the quality and consistency of the support we provide. We recognise that:

  • Social care is a skilled and meaningful career, with opportunities to learn, develop and progress.

  • Great care starts with great people, and we want our staff to feel motivated, confident and proud of the support they provide.

  • Consistency matters. Retaining good staff helps clients build trusted relationships with the people supporting them and provides greater continuity of care.

  • Caring for others can be incredibly rewarding, but it can also be demanding. We recognise the importance of supporting the wellbeing of our staff as well as their professional development.

  • Staff should feel listened to and involved, with opportunities to share ideas, raise concerns and contribute to how we continually improve.

  • Learning never stops. We invest in training, competency and development to help our staff grow in confidence and progress within their careers.

  • Support staff wellbeing, recognising the emotional and physical demands of working in care and encouraging people to seek support when they need it.

  • Listen to our staff, welcoming feedback, ideas and open conversations about what is working well and where we can improve.

  • Recognise and celebrate achievement, from everyday examples of excellent care to personal and professional milestones.

  • Create opportunities to grow, supporting people who want to develop their careers while recognising that progression looks different for everyone.

  • We want Sphere to be somewhere people are proud to work, feel supported to succeed and choose to stay.
