At Sphere we place a real emphasis on the continuing development and wellbeing of our staff. It is vitally important to us that we have highly trained and competent staff, this helps our clients feel they are in safe hands and helps our staff feel comfortable in the work they are carrying out.
Due to this, we felt it was vital to ensure we had clean and comfortable facilities and a wide range of resources and equipment, to allow us to invite staff into learn, practice and gain confidence as well as competence.
We recently rented our own training space and have been putting in lots of work refurbishing it to ensure it is a pleasant environment for staff to come into.
