As part of our exploration of the new CQC ways of working and the Think Local: Act Personal initiative, we are committed to bringing our clients to the heart of service delivery.

Today, we had the pleasure of welcoming one of our lovely clients who helped us understand the importance of setting goals and support planning. Additionally, another client supported our nurses by teaching about stoma care. 😁

The day was filled with lots of smiles, laughs, and fantastic learning for everyone involved. We are excited to continue incorporating our clients’ insights and experiences to enhance our services.
