Training!
Our Case Managers and Registered Health Professionals are extremely enthusiastic when it comes to providing an exceptional level of support and training to our staff.
No prior experience is required as we offer all training needed and can support you to gain qualifications in the health and social care sector.
You will meet with our Case Managers and Registered Healthcare Professionals on passing probation to discuss your next steps
You will meet face to face every 6 weeks to review progress, implement any support needed and adapt the plan to ensure you stay on track to meet your goals.
Our registered health professionals work closely with an outstanding external training provider, to design bespoke training courses based on individual needs and ambitions.
